CareerMums works with growing businesses who do not have the time or the people to focus on HR/recruitment projects. And like many growing businesses, cannot afford excessive recruitment fees.

Our service will help you to design of the role, advertise the role, receive all applications, screen the candidates, conduct reference checks, and create an interview run-sheet. We will then provide you with a shortlist of candidate summaries so all you need to do is conduct interviews with the best applicants.

CareerMums Recruitment charges on a per hour basis. For most roles, it can take 10-15 hours.

Kate Sykes is experienced in strategic HR and recruitment. She has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, a Diploma in Human Resources Management, a degree in Economics, and is a published author (Career Mums by Penguin Australia). Kate is also a member of AHRI and RCSA.
